Yogoda Satsanga Sakha Math, Ranchi conducted several activities as part of charity and outreach during the year 2018-19.
In order to help a meritorious under-graduate student with limited financial means, the Ashram provided him with a laptop on October 24, 2018, which was handed over to him by Swami Smarananandaji on behalf of YSS.

In the 
summer months there is a usual shortage of water in the Ranchi city. The ashram sends water tanks to the severely affected areas when such a need arise.
Every year, ashram provides scholarships to a few selected students with good academic caliber, belonging to lower income groups. In May 2018, one such deserving student received a scholarship from YSS.
